Throughout his distinguished career, Attorney Muhammad has secured substantial six and seven figure settlements on behalf of injured victims against corporate defendants. His work encompasses catastrophic burns, medical malpractice, slip and fall injuries, and product liabilities.
As a seasoned criminal defense lawyer, he has successfully represented dozens of citizens accused of complicated felony cases, obtaining numerous Not Guilty verdicts in cases including Attempted Capital Murder, Sexual Assault, Murder, and Aggravated Robbery.

In 2012, Warren was appointed by Mayor Annise Parker as Associate Judge in the Municipal Court for the City of Houston, reappointed for a second term in 2014.

Attorney Muhammad has maintained an extensive practice in Entertainment Law. As counsel for original members of Destiny’s Child, he successfully negotiated substantial settlements in litigation against major industry entities.
He has served as general counsel to Rap-A-Lot Records, drafting agreements and litigating intellectual property rights against major labels including Sony, Universal, Viacom/BET, and Radio One.
Community Leadership
Warren serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Acres Homes Chamber of Business and Economic Development, a community-based non-profit in the historic Acres Homes Community of Houston, Texas.

An author and executive producer, Warren cherishes time with family, especially his 8 grandchildren. He’s also known for his appreciation of the much heralded Texas practice of Bar-B-Que.
